Ocean County GOP Chairman Frank Holman Endorses Congressman Jeff Van Drew for Re-Election
“I wholeheartedly believe that Congressman Van Drew is the best candidate to keep the Second Congressional District in Republican control. Congressman Van Drew has been a tireless fighter for his constituents first as a member of the New Jersey Legislature and now as a member of the United States House of Representatives,” added Chairman Holman. “His decision to join the Republican Party has been a long time coming. While Congressman Van Drew has continued his focus on serving his constituents, the Democrats have focused on a sham impeachment process. Congressman Van Drew recognized this and stood up to Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Democrats in Congress to vote no on impeachment. I am excited to welcome Congressman Van Drew to the Republican Party and look forward to working hard to support his re-election.”

TRUMP CO-CHAIRS PENNACCHIO & TESTA CONDEMN NJ-2 CANDIDATE RICHTER FOR ANTI-TRUMP RHETORIC IN NEW YORK TIMES
“Accusing President Trump of abandoning his principles is the type of rhetoric you would expect to hear from his Democratic Socialist opponents like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, not an allegedly “Republican” candidate for the US House of Representatives. If Republicans can’t trust Richter to defend the President to a New York Times reporter how could they ever trust him to stand up to Nancy Pelosi and other House Democrats in Washington. Congressman Van Drew stood up to the Democrats’ impeachment hoax and defended President Trump when it mattered most - that’s why the President will be in South Jersey later this month to stand with Republican Congressman Jeff Van Drew. President Trump has kept all of his campaign promises and to say otherwise is intellectually disingenuous.”

Congressman Van Drew Fires Back at Governor Murphy over President Trump’s Upcoming Rally in South Jersey
"You can add Phil Murphy to the list of reasons why I left the Democrat Party," said Republican Congressman Jeff Van Drew. "I didn't vote for him in 2017 and certainly wasn't going to in 2021. Murphy is totally out of touch with the hard working middle class families and retirees here in South Jersey who are benefiting from the Trump economy despite the Governor's best efforts to make New Jersey even more unaffordable. The only thing Murphy should be focused on is working with Republicans and Democrats to find solutions to the problems he caused without raising even more of our taxes."
